What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the main sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are commonly made back to an original card and may take up to 1 month to credit back. However some resellers might have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please refer to the original sellers refund policy.

Items with FREE Return Shipping

The following items usually include a free return shipping method.

  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)

Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you need to return a large or bulky item that had been delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and will ask you to contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
